COVID-19 / CHRISTMAS / NEW YEARS UPDATE AND HOURS
Firstly, on the COVID-19 situation: thankfully New Zealand is now back to Alert Level 1 as a whole. This means we can continue trading and shipping as normal.
There are still a few minor COVID related freight delays across the Tasman into Australia due to lack of planes / flights. Freight to Australia is currently taking around 3-10 business days - however we have been advised that some parcels may take up to 15 business days at this stage.
We are still seeing minor delays with getting some products into New Zealand, these are typically noted in each product’s individual description if we are aware of an issue.
Our website remains fully operational for ordering as it has previously.

As expected, there will be delays in deliveries / shipping time frames due to the volume of cargo our freight companies will be moving. This happens every year. Your patience is appreciated.
Cut off dates are listed below for Christmas delivery - we need your orders in BEFORE these dates to have the best possible chance of a pre-Christmas delivery.
New Zealand - 16th December
Australia - 30th November (Air), 7th December (Courier, additional charge - contact us before placing Courier orders!)
Rest of World - 25th November
Obviously couriers will still be moving freight after these dates, and there remains the chance you could receive your parcel before Christmas - however we cannot guarantee it.
Please see below for the days we will be operational / shipping over the Christmas / New Years break. Our website is fully operational for placing orders 24/7, 365 days a year… however we will not be shipping on public holidays / weekends due to no couriers being available (and our team needing a break!). All orders will be shipped on the next available working day.
* “Same Day” shipping only applies to items that are in stock at our Auckland warehouse (i.e. items that do not need to be ordered in).
