🎄🎄CHRISTMAS / NEW YEAR'S INFORMATION🎁🎁

As expected, there will be delays in deliveries / shipping time frames due to the volume of cargo our freight companies will be moving.  This happens every year.  Your patience is appreciated.

Cut off dates are listed below for Christmas delivery - we need your orders in BEFORE these dates to have the best possible chance of a pre-Christmas delivery. 

New Zealand - 14th December

Australia - 21st November (Air Freight), 1st December (Courier, additional charge - contact us before placing Courier orders!) 

Rest of World - 11th November

Obviously couriers will still be moving freight after these dates, and there remains the chance you could receive your parcel before Christmas - however we cannot guarantee it.

Please see below for the days we will be operational / shipping over the Christmas / New Years break. Our website is fully operational for placing orders 24/7, 365 days a year… however we will not be shipping on public holidays / weekends due to no couriers being available (and our team needing a break!).

All orders will be shipped on the next available working day.

❌27th December – PUBLIC HOLIDAY – CLOSED/NO FREIGHT
✔️28th December – NORMAL FREIGHT
✔️29th December – NORMAL FREIGHT
✔️30th December – Orders up until 10AM will be shipped same day *
❌31st December – WEEKEND – CLOSED/NO FREIGHT
❌1st January – WEEKEND – CLOSED/NO FREIGHT
❌2nd January – PUBLIC HOLIDAY – CLOSED/NO FREIGHT
❌3rd January – PUBLIC HOLIDAY – CLOSED/NO FREIGHT
✔️4th January – RETURN TO NORMAL

* “Same Day” shipping only applies to items that are in stock at our Auckland warehouse (i.e. items that do not need to be ordered in).

Please note that for New Zealand freight queries, we are unable to open an investigation with the courier company until an item has been in transit for five working days.
