COVID-19 UPDATE: SHIPPING ALL ITEMS - January 2023

We are continuing to trade and ship as normal.
However, some items may be delayed in their dispatch due to delays with couriers / receiving deliveries from our suppliers.
We are expecting there to be continuing delays with freight across New Zealand once items are shipped out from us, your patience is greatly appreciated.
Please note that for New Zealand freight queries, we are unable to open an investigation with the courier company until an item has been in transit for five working days.

As for Australia, there are currently still a few minor freight delays across the Tasman into Australia due to a lack of planes and staff. Typically it is 3-10 working days, we are currently advised some parcels may take up to 15 working days or more at this stage.
For customers further abroad, please expect parcels to take anywhere from 5-30 days once collected from us, again mostly due to delays with a lack of planes outbound from New Zealand
